NOVEMBER 9TH GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND OFFICER NOMINATIONS
**All nominations must be made by voice from the floor of the meeting held for nominations, and only those members in good standing shall have the right to nominate.
**All nominated candidates must, at the time of their nomination, indicate their acceptance or refusal of said nomination. Failure to do so at the nomination meeting shall be considered a rejection of said nomination.
It has been the past practice of DFSE for nominated candidates to indicate their acceptance of nomination by voice or by submitting a letter of acceptance at the nomination meeting. Signed letters of acceptance may be delivered by a member on behalf of another member at the meeting.
ONLY MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING MAY NOMINATE OR BE NOMINATED FOR OFFICE.
2016-17 membership dues must have been paid in full by June 30, 2017 to be eligible to hold office.
2017-18 membership dues must be current as of Monday, November 8, 2017 by 5:00 pm to be eligible to nominate a member for office.
